This Privacy Policy explains how Kadri Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the BindRight mobile application (the "App") or this website.

1. Information collected by BindRight

BindRight does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. The App does not send quilt measurements, calculation inputs, saved plans, or usage information to Kadri Games.

2. Information stored on your device

Your measurement preferences and saved binding plans are stored locally on your device. You can remove this information by deleting saved plans or uninstalling the App. Because Kadri Games does not receive this information, we cannot retrieve or restore it for you.

3. In-app purchases

BindRight may offer an optional one-time purchase of BindRight Pro. Apple processes that purchase. Kadri Games does not receive or store your payment card or bank details. The App reads the purchase entitlement supplied by Apple only to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked.

4. Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as your name, device details, screenshots, calculation values, or purchase information. We use this information only to answer your request, investigate the issue, protect our legal rights, or meet a legal obligation.

We do not sell support information. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, then delete it securely.

5. This website

When you visit this website, our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver the page, maintain security, and diagnose failures. BindRight pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Children's privacy

BindRight is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A child who needs support should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Since the App does not transmit personal data to us, these requests will usually concern support correspondence. Email us to make a request.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if BindRight, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date.
