These Terms govern your use of BindRight (the "App"), provided by Kadri Games. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

Kadri Games gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use BindRight for personal or business craft planning on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's rules.

2. Planning estimates

BindRight provides calculation estimates based on the measurements and settings you enter. Fabric width, shrinkage, cutting accuracy, seams, joining technique, and pattern requirements vary. Verify your fabric and pattern instructions before cutting. You remain responsible for purchasing and cutting decisions.

3. BindRight Pro

The core calculator and sharing are free. BindRight may offer a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited saved plans and identified future Pro planning features. Apple processes purchases, restores, and applicable refunds under its terms and consumer law.

4. Saved plans

Plans are stored locally on your device. They may be lost if you delete the App, clear its data, lose or reset the device, or move to another device. Kadri Games cannot recover locally stored plans.

5. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the App's operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, distribute modified copies, extract source code except where law expressly permits, or use the App in a way that infringes another person's rights or breaks the law.

6. Ownership

BindRight and its software, artwork, branding, text, and design are owned by or licensed to Kadri Games and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to fix issues, improve the App, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Liability

BindRight is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to that, Kadri Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, wasted fabric caused by incorrect inputs or unverified estimates, or loss of locally stored plans.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country where they live.
